Madeira Public Relations is proud to take home its first Gold AVA Digital Award for a web video directed and produced for the American Lung Association. Filmed in documentary style, the eight-minute video explores how a disadvantaged school district in San Antonio, Texas succeeded at developing the nation’s most successful school-based asthma management program by following the guidance outlined in the American Lung Association’s Asthma-Friendly Schools Initiative.
AVA Digital Awards is an international competition that recognizes outstanding work by creative professionals involved in the concept, direction, design and production of media that is part of the evolution of digital communication. The Gold Award is presented to those entries judged to exceed the high standards of the industry norm. The video, which will be distributed to school officials across the country later this spring can be viewed here.
The Madeira Public Relations team is humbled and deeply honored to be recognized by our peers in this international competition. We hope the video inspires other school administrators to take the steps necessary to provide an asthma-friendly classroom environment for their students.
