For the second year in a row, The Communicator Awards has honored the work of Madeira Public Relations. This year, the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts honored the firm with two 2015 Communicator Awards of distinction for work created on behalf of The ALS Association. Copy developed for The Association's quarterly ALS Insight newsletter in addition to a pro bono Web video highlighting the disproportionate number of veterans diagnosed with the disease were each recognized.
The Communicator Awards receives over 6,000 entries from companies and agencies of all sizes making it one the largest award programs of its kind in the world. The judging panel includes executives from such prestigious organizations at Conde Nast, Disney, The Ellen Degeneres Show, MTV, Wired and Yahoo.
