Work With Madeira Public Relations
Working with Madeira Public Relations starts with a simple process. We want to understand your vision of success and what kind of support will be most useful before we recommend a scope of work.
A clear path from first conversation to project start
1. Complete a brief questionnaire
We’ll ask you to share a little about your organization, your goals, your current communications or marketing needs, and the outcomes you’re hoping to achieve.
This helps us prepare for our first conversation and use your time well.
2. Schedule a complimentary consultation
Next, we’ll meet to talk through your goals in more detail. This conversation gives us a chance to better understand your priorities, challenges, budget, timeline, and desired project outcomes. It also gives you a chance to ask questions and get a feel for how we work.
3. Receive a scope of work
After the consultation, Madeira will prepare a scope of work that reflects your goals, budget, and needs. The scope will outline the recommended approach, key services, and expected deliverables. We’ll make sure the work is clear before anything moves forward.
4. Finalize the agreement
Once the scope is approved, we’ll finalize the contract and confirm the project timeline. This step keeps everyone aligned on expectations, responsibilities, deadlines, and next steps.
5. Begin onboarding
Before work begins, we’ll schedule a new client orientation and onboarding meeting.
During this meeting, we’ll review the project, gather any needed background materials, establish a meeting schedule, and agree on a progress reporting process. You’ll know what to expect and how we’ll stay connected.
6. Start the work
Once onboarding is complete, the work begins. Depending on the project, this may include research, planning, media outreach, content development, campaign execution, training, creative coordination, or other communications support.
7. Review results and next steps
At the end of the project, we’ll hold an evaluation session to review the work, discuss outcomes, and make sure you’re satisfied with the final deliverables. If there’s an opportunity to continue building on the progress, we’ll talk through what that could look like.
